Board Committees

There are currently six Board Committees addressing important issues at the school.  Join one of these groups to help establish the foundations of Stone Creek!

Governance - Ron Wolfe, Chairperson  
The Governance Committee is working on policies that impact students, families, the Board and the overall operations of the school.  This Committee also oversees Surveys that take place at the school to solicit input and feedback from parents, students and the staff.  To sign-up or learn more about the Governance Committee, please contact Ron Wolfe.

Communications - Mitzi Forrester, Chairperson
The Communications Committee works to tell a compelling and consistent story about Stone Creek Charter School.  Committee responsibilities include: Branding, Newsletters, Website, Advertising, PR, Outreach and Open Houses.  Individuals with writing, graphic design and web skills are encouraged to join this committee.  To sign-up or learn more about the Communications Committee, please contact Mitzi Forrester.

Finance - Susan Tulk, Chairperson
The Finance Committee is repsonsible for the operating budget of the school.  Its roles include developing the operating budget and the accounting against the budget.  Finance also participates in any discussions that impact our overall financial picture.  To sign-up or learn more about the Finance Committee, please contact Susan Tulk.

Admissions & Re-Enrollment - Mike Rindone, Chairperson

Accountability - Kevin Kromer, Chairperson
Calendar, school improvements, curriculum, staffing, contracts, and more are managed by the Accountability Committee.  Anyone with a background in employment law or management is strongly encouraged to become involved.  To learn more about the Accountability Committee, please contact Kevin Kromer.

Grants - Tammy Humphries, Chairperson
