Welcome to Stone Creek Online Enrollment
Thank you for your interest in Stone Creek Charter! We have a three-step Enrollment Process:
Complete an Intent to Enroll form. We will accept Intent forms for the current and future school years at any time.
Once your student is accepted, complete our Online Enrollment package.
Once you have completed Step 2, the original or copies of the following documents must be submitted to the school office to complete your registration:
- Proof of Residency (Utility Bill, Tax Record, Lease)
- Birth Certificate
- Child's Social Security Card
- Copy of Immunization Records
- Previous School Records including Gifted, Talented or Special Needs Plans (IEP's)
- Any Custody Documents
