Online Enrollment
PLEASE NOTE:
We are in the process of finalizing our Online Enrollment and Registration System. In the meantime, PDFs of our Intent to Enroll and Registration form are available from this page.
Enrollment Process
1) Our Enrollment Process begins with the completion of an Intent to Enroll form. We will accept Intent forms for the current and future school years at any time.
2) Should the number of Intent forms exceed space availability for any grade level, a lottery will be conducted. See the Lottery Policy for details.
3) Parents will be notified of their child’s selection for an opening through contact numbers listed on the Intent to Enroll form. They will have a specific period of time in which to accept or decline.
4) Once a student is accepted, parents need to complete the Enrollment Package. In addition to this form, we will require the following items to complete your registration:
- Proof of Residency (Utility Bill, Tax Record, Lease)
- Birth Certificate
- Child's Social Security Card
- Immunization Records
- Previous School Records
- Including Gifted/Talented, Special Needs Plans, IEP's, etc.
- All documents in this packet completed and signed

When you receive a phone call from us you have 2 business days to respond to guarantee placement. If you do not respond or we are not able to get in contact with you, your child will be placed on a waiting list.
All student information is protected by the Family Educational Rights to Privacy Act for the purpose of protecting student confidentiality.
