In partnership with the school, The SCCS Parent Guild is committed to creating a community that enriches the lives of the students, families, staff and friends of Stone Creek Charter School. We strive to keep all parents informed of school news, facilitate volunteering, champion new ideas, and help maintain the school/home connection.
The Parent Guild is organized with the following appointed or elected positions: Chair, Co-chair, BOD representative, Executive Principal, Teacher Representative from each campus, and Parent representative from each campus. Currently, our tasks are accomplished through these working groups: Parent Education, Jog-A-Thon, Hospitality & Community Development, Teacher Appreciation, Book Fair, Marketing, and Special Events.
Beyond the elected positions, our goal is for each campus to have a volunteer Parent Guild Representative that provides a direct line of communication to connect families with the entire SCCS community. They will ultimately share school news and information with all parents. Representatives also help organize volunteers from each grade for the various festivals and special events our school offers.
Meetings are held at alternating campus’ on the second Wednesday of each month from 5:30-6:30 pm, immediately before the Board of Directors Meeting. All parents, are welcome to attend. Please contact Shannon Dodds at Parent Guild for more information and to get involved!

- Kinder Tea & 8th Grade Continuation
- Lunch Program
- Uniform Exchange
