Our students will be challenged on a daily basis and held accountable in skillful ways that empower. They will learn the “high” that comes with applying one’s self and learning something important. We want them to feel the satisfaction of that kind of accomplishment. In this culture, they are taught the importance of learning to work hard, think hard, to persevere through difficult problems.

We will explore programs that inspire children to think the thoughts and take the actions that lead them in the direction of fulfilling their greatest potential. Here, no child will come to the faulty conclusion that there are only a few great people in the world and I will never be one of them. Rather, each child will think, “I walk among the great. I learn great things. I study the knowledge of the ages and I consider the kinds of questions whose answers will define the future.”

And what will come to their minds is not an answer, but a very intriguing question -- HOW WILL I BE GREAT?

Our children will believe in their own capabilities and have the confidence to succeed in extraordinary ways. They will able to organize themselves and their time, to motivate themselves to excel, to do their best, to monitor their own self talk, and to remove limitations that they have already put on themselves.
