Thank you for your interest in Stone Creek Charter!  We have a four step process to accept new students.

Click here for SCCS Enrollment Policy and Procedures

Stone Creek Charter School (SCCS) welcomes all students and prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability, race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, ancestry, or need for special education services.  SCCS values diversity and welcomes all applicants to submit Intent to Enroll forms. In the spirit of access and equality, students who cannot afford the Materials and Technology fee are encouraged to seek a waiver as outlined in SCCS’s enrollment procedures.

Step 1: Get to Know Our School

We're so proud of our school and we're always happy to meet interested students and families, to show you around any of our three campuses, and  tell you more about our philosophy around education and building a community charter school experience.  E-mail office@stonecreekschool.org to schedule a tour with one of our school leaders.  We look forward to meeting you!

Step 2: Intent to Enroll Form

Complete an Intent to Enroll form. We will accept Intent forms for the current and future school year at any time.  This form does not require you to register to the website and is the first step in the overall enrollment process. Please note, a child must be at least 5 years old on or before September 30th in order to submit an intent for the upcoming school year.   Click her to submit an intent to enroll form.

**This Intent form needs to be renewed each school year and will be accepted until March 4.

Step 3: Online Registration Package

Once your student is accepted, you then need to register to this website and be approved for your parent portal account.  This then allows you to submit all of your student's information online, save it, and use it for future years.  Start by registering to this site by selecting register in the upper right corner of any page.  You will be notified once your account is active, and you can return to login to the site and complete our Online Enrollment package.

Step 4: Documents for the Office

Once you have completed Step 3, the original or copies of the following documents must be submitted to the school office to complete your registration:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Immunization Records
  • Previous School Records including Gifted and Talented (ALP) or Special Needs Plans (IEP, 504, ELL, or READ)
  • Any Custody Documents
