Enrollment Instructions

Thank you for your interest in Stone Creek Charter!  We have a four step process to accept new students.

 

Learn About the School-> Fill out an Intent to Enroll -> A Lottery Determines Who Gets the Remaining Spots -> Fill Out the Enrollment Package

Step 1: Get to Know Our School

Our informational meetings will be virtual this year and recorded in case you are unable to attend.  Please use our contact form to get all your follow up questions answered!

Kindergarten

Informational Meeting: Wednesday, Feb 3, 1:00 PM (Virtual)


Grades 1-8

Informational Meeting: Thursday, Feb 4, 1:00 PM (Virtual)


Important Dates! Mark these on your calendar!

Intent to enroll due Thursday, March 4, 2021

Lottery: Wednesday, March 10, 2021

Will fill our classes with returning students, and we use a lottery to offer remaining seats to students. 


Step 2: Intent to Enroll Form

Complete an Intent to Enroll form. We will accept Intent forms for the current and future school year at any time.  This form does not require you to register to the website and is the first step in the overall enrollment process. Please note, a child must be at least 5 years old on or before September 30th in order to submit an intent for the upcoming school year.   Click her to submit an intent to enroll form.                                                                                        

**This Intent form needs to be renewed each school year and will be accepted until March 4.

 

Step 3: Online Registration Package

Once your student is accepted, you then need to register to this website and be approved for your parent portal account.  This then allows you to submit all of your student's information online, save it, and use it for future years.  Start by registering to this site by selecting register in the upper right corner of any page.  You will be notified once your account is active, and you can return to login to the site and complete our Online Enrollment package.

 

Step 4: Documents for the Office

Once you have completed Step 3, the original or copies of the following documents must be submitted to the school office to complete your registration:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Immunization Records
  • Previous School Records including Gifted and Talented (ALP) or Special Needs Plans (IEP, 504, ELL, or READ)
  • Any Custody Documents
